"I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my care. I initially came to MPT for the treatment of my son with Dr. Andrasko and her excellent reputation for her work with pediatrics.
His outcome was beyond fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with how she handled him as a 3 and 4-year-old.
While here with him, Dr. Catherine “gently persuaded” me to see her for emerging complications from childhood surgeries. I have now been seeing Dr. Andrasko for treatment prior to a surgery, and will be seeing her for the post-operative rehabilitation for the surgeries I have lined up over the next few years.
I wouldn’t consider being part of any other physical therapy family. It is wonderful to walk into the lovely faces!"

"Our family had an amazing experience here! After our six year old broke his arm (twice!) we ended up at Dr. Alexa for Physical Therapy! Not only did our son get stronger and full mobility back, but he also grew in confidence! He loved coming to PT and so did we. Paramus Orthopedic PT is a place that feels like home and the services for pediatric physical therapy are unmatched elsewhere. We are so grateful that we found Dr. Alexa and the whole team!"
Regina L.
"I brought my son to Paramus Orthopedic when he was 5 months old. He was diagnosed with Torticollis and had limited neck movement. Dr. Alexa helped him get his full range of motion and some!"
Dina M.
"By far, the BEST physical therapy facility I have encountered. My young daughter is a dancer and was diagnosed with scoliosis. Dr. Alexa Schaefer and all the physical therapists at Paramus Orthopedic are top-notch. Dr. Schaefer incorporated different modalities - pilates, strength training, massage and Schroth therapy to help strengthen my daughter's spine. As a result, my daughter has responded well to bracing 18 hours a day and gotten back to dancing and performing. The receptionists are accommodating and the assistants are wonderful. The best!"

"Paramus PT has the most warm, welcoming, and professional environment. ALEXA is an amazing pediatric PT who was successful in every way, as she worked with my 8 month old grandson. Her extensive knowledge, experience, and natural instincts while working with babies, was demonstrated throughout each visit. She was supportive and upbeat as she successfully met all of the goals she set out to achieve with my grandson. I highly recommend making a PT appointment with ALEXA so you can benefit from her skills, expertise, and kindness."

"I brought my 4 month old son here for torticollis and plagiocephaly. This facility was one on the ONLY places that did pediatrics and that would take my son so little. We were happy since day 1 of walking in there. Everyone is smiling and greeting you at the door. It truly is the a great place.
Dr. Alexa that worked with us was absolutely AMAZING. The way she worked with my son each week and the improvements that he made were honestly amazing. She is so sweet and gentle and my son loved seeing her. She helped my son so so much we can't thank her enough. My son graduated at 8 months old and he even got a certificate!
I cannot say enough good things about this place especially for the pediatrics!! You won't be disappointed."
Carissa M.
"My daughter worked with Alexa in pediatric PT for a little over six months, and the experience was truly outstanding. Alexa was patient, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my daughter’s needs, celebrated every win with us, and always made therapy fun and comfortable.
We saw so much progress during our time with her, and my daughter was always so happy to be there!"
